Chapter 8: Final Operation

On December 22, 2039, the 1st Cavalry Division led by Samir departed for Jade Harbor City together with the 15th Airborne Division via the coastal area.

then turn north when in Baisha village and return west when in Rengtu city, This journey took 1 day then on December 24 the combined divisions began attacking the Neorasian Defense Line and On January 1, 2040, Jade Harbor City was successfully captured by the Mizuhara Combined Forces of the Neorasian People's Army.

On January 29, 2040, the Mizuhara Army is still stuck in Jade Harbor City due to the strong defenses of Imperial Bay City. This made Samir as the leader of the Northern Unit very stressed, Anna as the Deputy Leader gave suggestions to carry out reconnaissance, to find out the weak points of the enemy's defense

Karim: How is the gift, is he happy or not?

Samir: He hasn't opened his Gift yet, he's doing Business with Clara

Because Neorasia had been defeated on sea, land and air, and the 2nd Neo People's Republic was officially dissolved on March 5, 2040.
The war may be over, but not for the 1st Cavalry Division.

On May 7, Samir, who was relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Dawei River, was approached by Clara to collect on Samir's promise.

Anna: The first Platoon task is to control the first Powerplant building and the Gas Building in the first sector, then enter the second sector Sector after the gate to the second sector destroyed by a second plane, and then occupied the 3rd prison building and controlled the prison Headquarters

Samir: The Second Platoon itself followed after the First Platoon entered. The task of the Second Platoon was to control the First Prison Building and Barracks in the First Prison Complex. Wolf Company is divided into 15 teams, each consisting of 10 Soldiers. One of the teams at W Company that carried out the search was Team 7, code name Team Gama, one of the members of the team was Yamato Ryuji.

(A little flashback to 4.45am, 15 minutes before the attack began)

15 minutes before the attack began, Samir met Yamato Ryuji to give him a special task.

Samir: You're the Lieutenant who leads Team 7 W Company, right?

Ryuji was desperate because he only found the body of the Cell Room, But Ryuji regained hope after his friend told him that there were 10 Empty Cells that were open, Ryuji's Lieutenant immediately ordered them all to go to the Torture Room because he assume that the people in the cell were taken there.

While checking the room with Snake Cam, they saw the ten people being executed one by one, 6 people had died, and at that moment Ryuji saw Aradia who was in the last row, Ryuji planned to ambush the Neorasia Officer who was carrying out the execution through the ventilation

When Ryuji reached the top of the ventilation, from the ventilation gap, Ryuji who saw Aradia was about to be executed immediately jumped into the room and hit the Neorasia Officer. His colleagues also followed by breaking down the main entrance door, Ryuji continuously stabbed the Neorasian Officer's face until his eyes were gouged out and he died. Ryuji looked at Aradia and saw her tied up limply without any clothes on, Ryuji reflexively turned his face away

Ryuji: You're... Miyamoto Aradia?

Aradia: Y.. Yes.... i'am

Ryuji: Use my jacket, cover your body..... let's get out of here

Ryuji carried Aradia out of the Prison Building and gave a report to Samir.

Ryuji: Captain, target secured

Samir: Good job young man, get out of that building, my platoon has entered the second sector. The battle is over

On May 12, at 12 noon, the Battle of Imperial Bay Prison was over, 468 Neorasian troops were killed and 54 surrendered, while the Mizuhara side lost 23 soldiers and 19 wounded.

4 months later, precisely on September 27, Samir, Karim, Amir, and Zaid who were taking a week's holiday went to the city of Ombada, to reminisce about their youth, Samir visits the grave of Laila Richter, the person Samir loved so much but who has left him forever. Samir put flowers on her grave and with a few tears in his eyes Samir said
