Description (M472 Kesendamashii IFV)

The M472 was a early iteration of the IFV, it was developed in the mid-1934 as a request from WASDF, WMSDF, and WGSDF for the APC with a 20mm M1 Autocannon, the IFV passed the test as a most reliable IFV, the WSDF accepted the IFV into service in the December 1934, it was relatively easy to produce, in 1936, the Spanish Civil War started and WSDF supplied the Soviets with IFV, and the Soviets called it BMP-12 "Rodinu" which means "Motherland", the BMP-12 continued to serve with USSR and by the time the Operation Barbarossa started, the IFVs weren't adequately protected against the even the short barreled Panzer IVs, the Soviets made a upgraded version with more protection against the german short barreled Panzer IV called the BMP-12M, a lot of units equipped with this type were warned by their own generals not to fall the IFV into the german hands.
