@overlord5453 so turns out the image format from where i downloaded the bp from was a gif so i had to screenshot it :steamgodfuckingdamnit:
@MolotokSP hmm. Then try doing what I said. I have had this occur to me as well. That's how I solved it.

Don't move the screen right away. Try giving it a second to load. If that didn't work, check if you have background processing enabled for the game. Is this the first time you had this problem?
