I hate it when the wings goes up and down like a bird

When i finished building my F-18 and i play, i took it off and the wings goes up and down like a bird, should someone get rid of this bug??

You are using normal wings. Go to overload menu and change Wing-1 to wing-2. That will change it to structural wing and it will still have the control surfaces.
