So I've visited Philippines where Rjenteisussy lives, it was an experience. It was really awkward since all of the people were staring at me for some reason (probably cus I'm British) the jeepney was really small for me and were really loud for some reason. It's a gamble to ride jeepneys. You either get a quiet and peaceful ride or very loud. And somehow, I saw people who were literally sleeping. I don't get how they can even sleep in the jeepney. Also everything was really cheap like I can get full size meal in Jollibee for just £13.
@SPTNR agreed
@Gibble I only sleep roads
@SPTNR damn, i didn't know mahal means the same thing in tagalog
Also they sleep in Jeep cuz they are too tired
And the price of chicken joy bucket is 300+ - 400+ pesos?
Ahem...
: Only rjenteissussy lives in Philippines too?
.
The haircut is about 1 - 1.2 Dollars (50-100 pesos)
When entering the house
You need to remove your shoes and wear a slipper (tsinelas in Filipino)
Did you know refrigerator in Philippines "Ref"?
And also air conditioner in Philippines "Aircon"?
Also when pointing, they use mouth
Fun fact
Your not only who visited Philippines
IshowSpeed too
Did u know the word "mahal kita" means "I love you"(in ingles = English) ?
And "mahal" (same word) means expensive?
Also when your battery is low
The common word is "my battery is low percent" but in Filipino "lowbat"
You need to know this Filipino culture if you go again
@Gibble or if someone makes you sleep in unspecified ways
You can sleep anywhere if you're tired enough
You'll get used to the sleeping in Jeepneys part.
But yeah, welcome to the Philippines
The sleeping in jeepneys part? Yeah, you'll figure it out yourself overtime.
Those of us who live with noise going on all the time are used to the loud rides.
