@StockPlanesRemastered sometimes, it's the smallest inconveniences that boils me. Kinda funny because just a few minutes ago some super glue fell on my fingers and instead of making me go balistic, all it got from me was a slightly annoyed "ahhh f&ck".
On a more serious note the anger issues could be tism because you have subconscious triggers that you haven't discovered yet. Identifying these triggers will help you control your anger.
@overlord5453 while I can’t really relate with the anger issues part, I can relate with the part where you have trouble sitting down and being still, I also have issues focusing at times and will often be constantly tapping a pen or my foot or my fingers
@overlord5453 yep, definitely, i also have trouble telling if people are joking or not, both on the internet and irl, which is more of an autism thing but whatever
@ShinyGemsBro the ADHD part is just a doubt as i tend to be really active and can't just sit down sometimes. Key word sometimes. The anger issue is real and i am mostly in control. And thanks for the advices, I will need them.
Either get it checked with a psychologist/psychiatrist if it's starting to be quite problematic.
.
Otherwise attend anger management classes. Or just learn better self control on your own by having a thorough think session on why you get angry or if it's worth getting angry at.

@overlord5453 yeah, I've occasionally wondered if I have ADHD but never checked
@Nerfaddict that's the best way to describe it. It's just snapping between random thought trains like crazy
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 that's exactly what I go through sometimes.
