you can still change it, however you'll need an app that allows file editing.
Before i started using PC, i used something called amaze file editor

this is 5 years ago, so my memory is not perfect

All i know is that it has a blue/greenish icon, i tried finding it, but it is hard as it has like a krilion clones

then find Jundroo > simpleplanes > aircraft > name

Oh yeah and you might need help from a Funky Tree masters to assist you. I personally gave up on complicated Funky trees

You won't exactly need mods to do that, just by using overload in game with EXTENSIVE knowledge and some variables I think, look up on the web or YT for tutorials

And what do you mean by "Android stopped file editing"? How exactly it affects the users?

@GHOSTAVIATION the overload menu mod is build into the game. You don't need to edit files.
