[War-K] Retronian Liberation Army documents; [Scout regiments]

9,774 SPsidearm  5 months ago

The Retronian Liberation Army also known as RLA is a military organisation under the independence movement of Retro. They are the most common allies in the war, and using either the H-15L or IN-203. They receive funding and ammunition from the Dominion of Firearm (DoF).

Most countries in Combined SPverse doesn't even have a recon/scout regiment at all. But the rets do things differently.

The Main force/only tanks of the RLA's scout regiment are the Renards and repurposed ZoVs. While lacking armor, these ACVs are great at recon and ambushing (from what we've heard). Scout regiments have about 25 ZoVs per platoon, with 15 Renards also in their storage.

[The Krabait Industries ACV-ZoV-1.]

[The Marteau système Renard. don't ask how we got them.]

They're usually operated by 4 crew members, which being: the Commander, FCS operator, driver and loader. Regiments are commanded by a Authorised Leaderman (AL), a type of warrant officer. While individual ACVs are commanded by a Front-man (typically the commander) or a Brigadier chief (a type of corporal). These ACVs can be turned into an IFV incase the Humvees are downed.

But they also have 28 Humvees and 30 Supply truck in each regiment in a 'Support' Group. Giving it a security capability to aid the ACVs in finding the enemy, preventing ambushes and countering FPVs.

@JSTQ yeah, and at this point I’m mostly using it to test weapons

@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 This involves why I hated S at the beginning of the war: S's first reaction was to immediately seek help from MDA, and for a moment, I felt like he was ready to join MDA.
This action actually made the CIM' motives more reasonable.(Except from declaring war on all nations)

@JSTQ yes, however the MDA and S are not allies, we are just working together temporarily

@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Um... I don't have anything to say. As I said in my last sentence, S has the freedom to set background conditions, and you have the freedom not to comply, after all, this is what we call freedom and democracy. It can only be said that S has found an unsuitable ally, at least in terms of his interests.
However, since you choose not to comply, there will always be a cost. For example, my green tea plan.

@JSTQ there is something you don’t realize here, the MDA does not care about the civilians, we’re just here to take out an enemy, also, that’s just not how it works, how do you expect to tell someone not to use their biggest asset and then expect them to comply, also they still have an Air Force (although a weak one) so it’s fair game, he started the war, now suffer the consequences

@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 @SPsidearm I thought for a moment, perhaps the more crucial reason is what prevented us from using the air force in this war.
There must be a corresponding background condition for this setting, right? For example, you said: too much air force bombing can lead to civilian dissatisfaction and riots.
By the way, various forces may have different interests in certain areas, and the reasons you mentioned for setting up may not be accepted by everyone, but there are still punishments for violating the setting.

@SPsidearm If you say that, then I'll have to develop the 'Three Anti Tank little'

@SPsidearm that's not how this works buddy, you can't just start a war and then try to dictate how it's fought, next time don't fight an aerial superpower

Now, War-K is like what the 'S-War' supposed to be. instead of the 560+ Airstrikes, It Revolves around capturing stuff with tanks.

@SPsidearm they are a thing, also, why is war K ground based, and that would also just mean that we have air superiority and that our bombers are unchallenged

@SPsidearm Eh, nothing is really outdated. Reminder that we used a 92-year old plane during the early S-War, so just give 'em some good modifications and you're good to go mate lol

@SPsidearm I can’t speak for the others, but I (and the MDA) have recon planes, so it’s the scout regiment

    Now, if you're wondering.
Scouts depicted here are wearing desert camo why exactly?
    No time to paint them.

Now I'm going to use an Antetus joke, we all know what it is.
    Antetus doesn't have any tanks

    Antetus armed forces…
Our armed forces include: APLA, APVA, ETSF. The latter two belong to the first type of special institution. The most likely to be deployed in this war is the External Tactical Support Force (ETSF)
