When I launch the rockets without overlapping them, they launch normally, but when I overlap them and launch them, they fly in an abnormal trajectory. Is there a way to fix this?

The rocket needs to be at the dead center of whatever is covering it, and the detacher. Even if the mass and drag is set to zero.
