i was trying to get a turboprop to mach but when i put over 10 thousand horsepower into the engines (too much?) the plane goes 1 mph faster.
any help?
edit: aircraft now goes 750 mph in a dive, mach achieved!!!

Depends how you do it. It glitches sp, but if you do it right, it is possible to go thousands of mph.
I did it in an old plane, let me see if I can find it.
Edit: found it
@crazyplaness ok big news
i got the aircraft around 745 mph in a straight line.
in a dive from 30 thousand feet the aircraft breaks mach for a few seconds.
success!
@crazyplaness hmmmmmmmm
it seems you can go close but it is not possible
@Boeing727200F I don’t think the prop engines can go past mach 1 without exploding
@crazyplaness i should stop tagging you but i got around 40 mph away from mach, and now the aircraft self destructs on takeoff.
guess it was a bust?
@crazyplaness did a lot of changes and im 100 mph away from mach
getting somewhere!!!
@crazyplaness the engines have 6 blades each (counter rotating)
edit: i changed the blade size and thickness, they are slightly faster
it is probably reaching its max rpm so the extra horsepower doesn’t help. you could try adding more blades or making them wider and longer to get extra speed.
