Onion. cook, stew, fry, them, they work in literally every dish, and are the foundation of literally every dish, on top of that they're cheap as all hell, even cheaper than potatoes for me right now like 65p for 1kg.

carrot is second place for being a bulking agent

    if cooked superbly, eggplants.
else fried cabbage always hit that spot of tasty bitterness that's addicting af.
    .
though if I'm being honest, I'll eat anything, spuds, fibers, carbs, protein, whatever the fuxk mushrooms classifications are because they're neither plants nor animals(tell me the name of your God, you fungal piece of shxt) is good food, is good.

I love spinach, especially when it served as soup. I like carrot as well, it is so darn good for your eyesight believe me. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccolies and cauliflowers, there are some few. I'm no vegan myself but I do eat veggies sometimes.
