I spent more than 3 days making this jet, and when I posted it as unlisted I made a mistake so I removed that post and went back to building and I wanted it to enter a challenge so I downloaded the challenge and the game crashed and when I opened it back I can't undo and get my plane back and since I removed it from unlisted and never saved it I.. don't have it

@MsMuseumJanitor next time, save your build everytime you make a significant change. If you are making a significant change that you are not sure if you want to keep or no, then save it as a new variant like

If you saved it, you can search for it in the game files. There is bound to be a copy in there as backup. In fact, every aircraft you make have a backup file. So don't worry... for now.
