Dear friends...
I'm sure you all know this guy right here:
The legendary F-33 Falchion, the MDA's most produced planes and a beast made to defeat any opponent, as well as the warrior that introduced the world to what might be the most deadly conventional air-to-air missile in the entire Combined SimpleVerse, the FRCM S-25.
Well, after all this time, I'm officially announcing the retirement of all F-33 type aircraft currently in service. The F-33 and all of its variants will be quickly phased out by the end of January. Many will however live on through museums, be it static or as flying warbirds. Some will even be kept in the private collection of the MDA, in airworthy condition but not intentionally destined for war. But yes, this is not a drill, the F-33s will be retired.
The F-33s may have not done much in recent days, but as the most produced fighter in the MDA's entire inventory (yes, even outnumbering the 7,000+ A-40Ds), its removal from service will be felt around the CSV world... just not how you'd imagine.
In memory of the F-33, here's the very first teaser of the legend.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover @Dracul0Anderson what year and what country?
@Dracul0Anderson Well yesn't
@KPLBall just announced the new Congan Civil War, but to my knowledge it shouldn't affect you unless you want to participate
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
Do you know of any war going on right now? I haven't seen anything recently, so I'm asking if someone else has. Cause I have my own war/project in the works(the very first part is actually in my most recent post that I'm hoping to start soon, and I don't want to interrupted anything currently going on.
F-33J: What happened?…… Never mind, I haven't served in the military anyway.
@CrestelAeronautics Gone, erased from ̶e̶x̶i̶s̶t̶e̶n̶c̶e̶ service
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
What about all the other models of the F-33?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover aw i wanted some :(
@TheUltimatePlaneLover until then I'm keeping my F-33SXs
I'm pulling A US Marines, I'm keeping my older aircraft mostly because the F-33SX has an extremely short takeoff range so I can operate from my upcoming ALSs
@KPLBall @MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26
Hold that thought
@TheUltimatePlaneLover I'll only phase mine out if you give me a F-36S, F-37S, or a F-34S. Only then will I retire the F-33SX even then, I'll keep the F-33SX in service as a trainer
@TheUltimatePlaneLover well, I still have mine, and I'll phase them out if you tell me the reason
@KPLBall @MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 @Boeing727200F
Again, all F-33s in current service will be retired. No sales, no variants. All phased out in a flash.
And yes Foxhound, I've a very good reason for this.
can i have some F-33s?
might use a handful as testbed aircraft and/or licence built models
@TheUltimatePlaneLover nuh un, I’m keeping the F-33F, you best have a good reason for this
What about my F-33 Variants
The F-33SX? I still need it for precision bombing for insurgency and counter insurgency roles
I might retire or sell the FA-33A, but I'm keeping my F-33SXs
@SPsidearm I already made a F-37
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
1. The F-33N.
2. Awh. breaches National museum
@SPsidearm
Yes
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
I see....
YF-37A To Yeager museum
@SPsidearm
1. No, they're all being thrown straight into retirement, and even if they weren't, you'd absolutely use them against us so...
2. How did you get that F-33 anyways?
@SPsidearm Well, we still have the F-34 Javelin and F-36 Phoenix Attack, although the former has seen even less combat (than the F-33) whilst the latter has arguably done more (than the F-33). In fact, the F-34 has never had a canon fight in the Combined SimpleVerse, but as one might expect, that oughta change with the F-33's "reign" coming to an end.
don't forget the variant with the XM-335A that crashed due to being GAU-8'd (heavy recoiled) by its own gun
May i buy some?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
It's still Retronia.
Have the F/A-6 ADV or Haybrams.
