I've tested it and it works fine in other games. The issue persists even if I use the 0/1 mode instead of 0-1 on my controller, which means it's indeed a bug and not a hardware issue
Also tested min and max sensitivity and got no results

@StockPlanesRemastered dude i'm telling you the gamepad is fine. I tested it using its software and the trigger does reach 100%
@GiuliMBorgesYT i think it's the elite. Too much stuff going on inside. I once went to buy one and the sales person told me not to waste my time or money

you can see me calibrating my controller in the video and it still won't work
Have you tried calibrating it? Also isn't the elite able to dampen the triggers? In that have you moved the throttle to different inputs?
