also, even though it said that the batteries are good for 1 year, it does say minimum and i've had the thing for 2 something years and experienced no issues until recently

@Fiat133 brother, my IPod has lasted for a long time, been dropped 100s of times, and it’s battery still works

@V i still believe it's the battery since the instructions say that the batteries are good for just 1 year, also, my main phone is a xiaomi redmi 10, while this current phone im using is also a Xiaomi, just an older model called the 4a

What's the model of the phone? Backing up what is important and doing a factory reset does tend to help.
