I suggest that as you learn, if you can help people, help them. Someone always needs help on this site and it can get you followers which then give you upvotes and you can rise through the ranks like me. Also when you upload your planes, try and get pics that really look good and a good description about the plane or how to operate special features are kinda a must. Other than that its just a game so i say have fun and build what you like :)
@Warbrine what @jsaret said is really all I can offer. If up look through my planes, my "niche" is cockpits. Jsarets is heels. You have to find what your good at and roll with it
hmm...look around at the Golds and Platinums and take inspiration. Also, finding a "niche" is good. For example, my niche is cars [the Heep lineup, mostly] and a few airships. Just make something you think is cool and roll with it! Also, using your own paint scheme is a must.
