Deep in the heart of the Siltrian Desert, sitting in his office at the base of the 39th Airborne Squad, General Varrach Daman is brewing a plan to acquire more Kerbic territory
He is a high-ranking military individual, and nobody dares disrespect him, at the peril of their lives.
The last soldier to disobey his orders drowned in the fuel tank of a KC-135 Stratotanker parked at Loritz Airfield.
He taps his pencil on his desk, and jots down a bomb-run related idea.
And then it hits him.
He can send out a squadron of 5 Texar F-6Bs to bomb the Benulin factory in Lekron, Kerbania.

“Charlie Bravo 2 is ready for takeoff, over.”
Second Lieutenant Spencer “Chili” Gammon is sitting in the cockpit of his Texar F-6B strike fighter, sitting on the sandy runway at Daman airfield.
A crackle comes over the radio, and the voice of the Air Traffic Controller begins speaking.
“Begin your takeoff roll, Charlie Bravo 2, over.”
Chili presses and holds the PTT button.
“Roger that, thrust 100%.”
He slides the throttle to TO/GA and the airplane begins moving.

Chili is now in the skies, almost over the bomb target.
His wingman radios in with a crackle.
“It’s almost time, 2 minutes.”
Two minutes pass in the cockpit of his airplane, and before he knows it, it’s time to drop his bombs.
“Charlie Bravo 2, this is central. Bombs away!”
He selects the correct ordnance and hits the pickle switch.
Sssssssssssssssss, the bombs whistle, falling from the plane.
BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM
The factory is destroyed. Mission success.

And that’s how The Vengeance of Siltria started.
