{De-classified, mission accomplished.}
After a recent covert operation on Dots hangers, AeroTactical and the Reformists had a new objective…. A raid.
SRT-5 was tasked with conducting a detailed reconnaissance of the enemy airbase located 75 kilometers behind enemy lines. The objective was to assess enemy aircraft strength, identify key vulnerabilities, and collect intelligence on airbase defenses, with a secondary goal of evaluating potential targets for future operations.
Execution:
SRT-5 was inserted via helicopter at 0200 hrs, dropping off at a covert landing zone approximately 5 kilometers from the target. The team moved on foot through the dense terrain to approach the airbase perimeter undetected. Using advanced surveillance equipment, the team was able to monitor enemy airbase activity without direct contact.
Key observations included:
Aircraft: 10 aircraft (5 fighter jets, 3 transport planes, 2 reconnaissance planes) parked on the tarmac. All aircraft appeared operational with minimal signs of damage.
Defensive Measures: The airbase was equipped with perimeter fencing, motion sensors, and a small number of ground patrols. No significant air defense systems (such as SAMs) were observed in the immediate vicinity.
Personnel: A total of 15-20 enemy personnel observed, including ground crew, pilots, and security forces. Regular patrols were noted around the perimeter and on key airfield installations.
Vulnerabilities: The airbase’s fuel depots were located near the edge of the installation, exposed to aerial or ground strike. The runway showed signs of wear but appeared intact.
At approximately 0500 hrs, the team moved into a secondary observation point to monitor the airbase’s command and control tower and radar installations. A lack of active radar sweep suggested temporary downtime or an operational lull.
Enemy Activity:
During the operation, no significant hostile activity was encountered, though multiple patrols were observed moving along the perimeter. The team maintained a safe distance and avoided detection. At 0600 hrs, the team completed its surveillance and exfiltrated to the designated extraction point.
Intelligence Collected:
Aircraft: 10 aircraft, mostly operational, pose a direct threat if deployed against allied forces.
Defenses: Minimal perimeter security, but vulnerability to sabotage at fuel depots.
Personnel: Estimated enemy strength of 15-20 personnel on-site, including pilots and security forces.
Vulnerabilities: Runway and fuel storage areas are potential high-value targets for sabotage.
After Action Review (AAR):
The mission was completed successfully with no contact with the enemy. The team gathered critical intelligence on enemy airbase capabilities and vulnerabilities. The information collected will be used to inform future strike planning. The use of stealth and careful planning ensured that the team avoided detection, fulfilling the mission’s objectives.
Conclusion:
The reconnaissance mission was a success, providing vital intelligence on the airbase's layout, enemy presence, and key vulnerabilities. This data will be integral for future operations targeting the airbase, especially in disrupting enemy air operations. SRT-5 has safely extracted and returned to base.
End of Report.
On March 1st, at 0300 hrs, Task Force 12 executed a coordinated raid on an enemy airbase located approximately 75 kilometers behind enemy lines. The objective was to neutralize the enemy’s air power and disrupt their operational capabilities for the upcoming weeks.
The operation commenced with an aerial bombardment by allied fighter jets, targeting runway infrastructure, fuel storage, and radar systems. Following this, a special operations team, inserted via helicopter, infiltrated the airbase perimeter under the cover of darkness. Ground forces moved swiftly to disable enemy aircraft on the tarmac using explosives and incendiaries, while a secondary team targeted command and control facilities with precision strikes.
@JSTQ I think this would work in our favour though(as in with constructing a story). maybe this happened because the lack of funding/corruption of one of the border Nobility of the Monarchii, revealing an issue both side needs to address, wdyt @TheUltimatePlaneLover ?
Wait a minute we're not starting yet!!
I haven't even finished our tanks or helicopter!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Cause of the war?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover sad
@JSTQ think of it as making a story, maybe
@Monarchii that 's ok. At that time, it will be said that the revolutionaries have officially rebelled. How will the front-line forces be divided? Is the battlefield directly using the snow town in the game?
@JSTQ Reformists attacking the airfield?
@JSTQ Dew the dew (yes)
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 True, but ofc everyone wants to participate, so everyone gets freedom
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Can I start the story of Red Army reform now? In fact, APLA has its own special mechanism, which determines the strength of APLA through the development of the story, and ultimately calculates and determines the initial combat effectiveness of the second stage APLA through a pre-set formula (confidential)
The story aims to enhance the discipline and mass consciousness of revolutionaries, ultimately enabling them to completely rid themselves of the title of warlord rebellion and gain the legitimacy of the country
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Bruh, I always liked how everything was in one place
@Dracul0Anderson @Monarchii
Event that caused M-War II:
TUPL was visiting Snowstone but he accidentally set a Skibidi loose onto a Reformist base
This was seen as an intentional act of war so the Reformists bombed the Ice Base again (this is like the third time, first the MGLA, then the RCF)
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 I am, but everyone else is free to post their articles as they wish
Also this isn't precisely canon since the war hasn't officially started yet
@Monarchii em… as a story… Sorry, I didn't understand what this has to do with this article
@Dracul0Anderson @Monarchii The change in the main storyline may lead to the Antares Alliance withdrawing from the war due to a change in purpose, so I would like to know how you plan to make the changes?
Although I am in the revolutionary camp, the interests of different countries are not the same. The main purpose of the Antetus Alliance itself is to establish an image for the military, including justice and force. Its main motive for the incident was KPLBall's provocation after we announced the signing of a non aggression treaty with MDA. (A treaty that expires in January)
Although we are indeed prepared to assist the comrades there, without the conditions of this incident, we will only dispatch ETSF. Moreover, the SPsidearm uprising, which mixed monarchy and communism, truly opened our eyes, so we need to first confirm
@TheUltimatePlaneLover we aren’t doing the weekly article format?
@AeroTactical ah, yeah
@Dracul0Anderson exactly, you know what I'm thinking XD
@AeroTactical @Monarchii
Being a little more serious now, I think this could easily still fit into the pre-war story. A lot of the major wars in history have jad some kind of "incident" that kicked everything off. With a little reworking into the main story, this could easily be a event that caused all out war to happen. Just my thoughts on the whole thing.
To your pinned comment, if dots joined, it could make it better lore/storyline.
@AeroTactical hm?
Wait if @dots joined it would @Monarchii
@TheUltimatePlaneLover sameeeee aaAAAAAAA
@JSTQ @Monarchii
Close, Mid-March.
Official start date is March 15th, when I give the green flag on that day, it's anyone's game.
Also... IT'S THE 8TH I ONLY HAVE ONE WEEK HOLY-
@Monarchii Maybe, but I don't want the war to break out too early due to mishandling. Obviously, most of us have not yet completed the preparation… Although my current preparations were theoretically made after the start of the war, I thought the war would take place in early March
