BlackGearCompany (BGC) is a private company founded in 1958 under the name BlackShield before changing its name to BlackGear six months later. Initially, BlackShield operated as a Private Military Company (PMC), and even after rebranding as BlackGear, it continued its PMC operations in the shadows.

Today, however, BGC is better known for its military products and heavy-duty vehicles. One example is the FSV Falx:

BGC also manufactures heavy-duty trucks, which are exclusively produced by its subsidiary PT. Gerigi Hitam Trucks (GHT).

In the aerospace sector, BGC develops combat aviation equipment through its subsidiaries BlueStrike Co. Ltd. and NochAviations.

At the end of 2021, BGC expanded into the cargo shipping industry through its maritime subsidiary OceanNomad.
