The Trirad is a modular low cost radial engine designed to prioritize ease of manufacture and maintenance, at the cost of size and weight. Due to its modular design it can be configured into different ratings depending on how many piston banks are attached.
The Trirad in the pictures is a three row model developing 750kw, considered to be the standard configuration. This model is considered suitable for mid-performance piston engine aircraft.
Such a model would go for commercial sale at around $20,000 CAD. A single bank unit would cost closer to $10,000 CAD.

Hm, looks appealing. What’s the displacement? Fuel efficiency? Mass?
