First. The damn part connection issue, especially with fuselage parts and others, is so frustrating. Like, I attach a fuselage to the wing and the main fuselage, manually connect everything, and it looks fine. But when I test it, the damn thing just falls off on its own. I’ve tweaked it over and over, but it still happens.
Second. The file issue. Mods and aircraft designs that I backed up sometimes just refuse to load, throwing errors for no damn reason. Even builds I made recently are affected. I’ve asked people who know about this, and they say the files are fine. So, I’m guessing it’s something wrong with the game’s file management. Or whatever the hell it is.
Third. The fuselage Bug where it sometimes clips through the terrain—either on loading or when crashing at high speed (which I can kinda accept). But then, there are moments when the wings go wild, completely out of control, and rip the plane apart mid-maneuver. Maybe it’s not a Bug, but you know what I mean...
Fourth. The damn cannon projectile Bug, where it randomly explodes near the barrel. Like, I put a cannon inside a fuselage shaped like a tank barrel, set everything to "Collision: True" except for the cannon itself. But the moment I crank the projectile speed to 1000m/s or more, the shell just explodes right in front of the damn barrel.
The 4th issue there is no fix for Sadly.
@Graingy That’s also very true
@F16xl yup. Considering it’s jank with dihedral, which is not a new feature, it’s pretty terrible.
Oh, and when you mirror a pylon to the other wing, it just falls off, so then I have to reattach it while trying to maintain symmetry
Uh, check integrity of game files and maybe uninstall and reinstall.
@Graingy Yeah, It really bothers me.
Automatic connections while sizing fuselage or using the old rotation tool drives me insane.
Likewise, fuselage changing size because it’s connected to the sides of another fuselage. They need to make automatic resizing a toggle. Something you turn on or off at each end while in the editor.
@Dissent3R bruh
@Cadvalto it did happen to me when I was building my A300, I had just discovered how much more helpful it was mass editing in the XML file with VSCode was. Turned out carelessly fiddling with them isn't a great Idea
@YarisHatchback You guys don't? That's weird.
@YarisHatchback yo you're back!
im highly certain the file issue is only on your end
