So......! All I need know that I need to update the Tu-2 (by Astro - 12) into the V3. I call it: "The Details Update". I need 3 steps for that.
Step 1: Make a working doorbay (not a mod).
- First, if you don't know how to do that. The MAIN thing you should know is:
= Drag a Hollow Fuselage Block, mod it whatever you want.
= Then Make Bottom fill smaller than 100% (Both Front and Back; Recommended from 80 - 70%), and Right-Click (PC) to duplicate that block you did and make Botton fill back to 100% and do 100 - x (the fill that you did on Bottom fill) Ex: 100% (Full) - 80% (Bottom Fill) = 20% (Top fill), split it (aka Make the Left/Right fill into 50% and... Right-click or Ctrl + M to mirror that part.
= The Hinge Rotator should be smaller (larger) than its original scale: 1,1,1 (depends on how big and thickness you edit on the bombay).
= Go to Overload, go to "InputController", here the main thing has begun. The "min" set to 0 and "max" none change (can change to any number you want). Then change the input into anything. Ex:
If you want it in the "AG-Group", type in the "input": "Activate1" or "Activate2",...
Or... in the Funky Trees: "clamp01(SelectedWeapon = "ABC"). Note: The "ABC" is the name of your weapon you named it;...
*...
(*) Bonus: If you don't want to see the Base of the Hinge, go to "JointRotator" (Not even necessary but still), at there you can type: "disableBaseMesh" and put value on "true" to remove its Base. Or you can edit the range more (> 90°) or speed more (> 100%),...
= Then, drag it on the Hollow Block (Bottom fill). Recommended using "Transform Part" to rotate, the X - Y - Z,.... by the nudge amount you insert of nugde rotation.
= Now the IMPORTANT part is, mirror the Hinge and connect to it.
= Do not connect to the Hollow Block, using the "Part Connector" to edit the part you want to connect. Also.... Disconnet all parts and... select the Hinge, connect the down arrow and select the doorbay, select the down arrow again and... repeat to the end.
= Also, remember to Invert all Hinge oppositely each Left and the Right side of the bombay.
= Finally, Test it. If it worked, BRAVO! If it don't, check the Connect of the doorbay and the Hinge again.
(*) Bonus, You can insert a Structural Panel and edit the X-Y-Z of it, and.... using something to cover it and put the bombs in it (or any weapons you want!).
END!
So... I did the doorbay and it's pretty good. Also the paint......
MORE STEP COMING SOON!
