I posted a jet propelled airplane just a few hours ago (that I was quite proud of if I do say so myself) and shortly after a revised version was posted by another user. As far as I could tell nothing changed except for the color. Is this aloud? Has it ever happened to you? Does this happen often? You see, started getting involved in the community only a few days ago and I don't really know these things.
@EdwardAbckman Click the triangle on his plane.
Thanks I tried but couldn't figure out how @Sirstupid
@EdwardAbckman Report him.
It wasn't detailed not complicated it was just the blue angel paint job :/@Sirstupid
Yes. The painted tag is for a reprint, but only if it's a detailed/complicated repainted or if the original poster asks for it or gives permission. @EdwardAbckman
@EdwardAbckman Like @Skua said there is the repainted tag, but ive heard it mentioned, like in the rules for building for You tubers (By RocketLL (I think)) it says that isn't right
@EdwardAbckman Idk
Should it be reported?@Flightsonic
Ok thank you. Ive had the app for a while (judging by how old some of my planes are) but I'm very new to the community and it's nice to see how helpful everyone has been (especially considering this is the Internet) @Skua
Technically yes, that's what the "Painted" tag is for. It's pretty common to see, especially for popular builds, but not everyone likes it much (understandably). I wouldn't worry too much, though, it's rare for repaints to take attention away from the original
No this is illegal, changing the color is too easy, I'll check to verify
