I am now using the ultra fueltank made by @SpiritusRaptor. The fuel tank is terrific but the problem is that after I fly my plane for a lang time, the plane itself became extremely light and later it lost control.(Probably it is because the weight became negative)
Could anybody provide me an ultra fueltank without this problem or give me some suggestion? Thankyou very much!
@Nickasaurus XD
@Hyperloop no worries! Also that weird :/
@Nickasaurus I found that as long as I use the modded vtol engines that have a maximum power less than 10x, the weight would not change! BTW thanks to your fuel tanks!!!
@Hyperloop btw you could try having fuel distributed to other places As Well to help even out fuel consumption
Ugh! I gave spiritus raptor that fuel tank!!!
@XthehungrymigetX My FA37TALON and XB70valkyrie
what plane do you want it on i'll do some experimenting
well im not sure then @Hyperloop
@XthehungrymigetX exactly
@Hyperloop ok then was it over center of mass?
@XthehungrymigetX Sounds great but I tried it and failed, but thankyou!
remember to put it or them on a detacher
seperate the fuel tanks then if your plane gets too light you can drop the negative one hopefully you plane can lift the weight difference @Hyperloop
@Happygamer0909 thankyou√

@Bobjoezonehill Thinking of changing the index of the fuel of the game though I know it sounds impossible...
The only suggestion i cam come up with is to either, make it so your plane foesnt use as much fuel, or reset your plane often.
@ChunderDownUndeR thanks I will have a try!
@Bobjoezonehill exactly!
here
i just flicked through this just before i saw this forum post
Unfortunatly, it doesnt work that way. from what i understand, the modded fuel tank you're using is 2 tanks. 1 is loaded with fuel and therefor, ULTRA heavy. The other tank weighs a negative amount (the exact amount the first tank weighs). Then the modder nudges the 2 tanks together to take up 1 block space. So what happens is that when you're burning fuel, the heavy tanks becomes lighter while the second tank remains a negative amount. This continues until, you guessed it, your planes weighs negative pounds.
