They're starting a steam workshop, but now you can find them on the forums and at r/spmod. There is actually a website for this too, but I don't remember the URL.

@Sirstupid any mod…I guess. They were asking where to download "mod." I think it's on steam somewhere, as well as open for Windows/Android.
