Meawk is correct, that's why there is an intake on the T3000. If it wasn't for the propellor engine it's attached to, I don't think they would have included it.

the energy from the turboprop's intake is mainly used to poser the prop, that is why they are not used to power jets. If you could im pretty sure they would.
