The personality which he exudes, is characteristic of an average American male, at his age. I'm no expert on world cultures and societies, but judging from how governments work in Europe, less of an emphasis is placed on the concept of self and more of it is placed on the concept of the state. What he's demonstrating here seems to be a substantial display of the positive concept of self, which I believe a lot of non-Americans think is integral to the general American culture. All that privelege makes you sound very American. If you are a legal American citizen, then you have one, since virtually all of our citizens' parents get their baby one shortly after birth(first few weeks depending on processing time), I believe.
