There has been a lot of copies and "Jelly planes", so we need a solution, and fast. I propose, that blank and bronze users have their own part of the website, and everyone else, have theirs. The side we are on, is the one we can upload. We can only upvote, comment and download their planes, and once they have achieved the rank of silver, they turn to the side with whatever that coal looking thing is, gold, and silver. The blank and bronze users can only upvote, comment, and download our stuff. The situation has gone out of hand, and needs to be solved.
EDIT: I will reply to your... comments once the school session is over.
EDIT: Maybe until a bronze user surpasses 200-300 points is when they move away from their side.

@BaconEggs waiting a month. From what I know about YTers and their fanbase, most J * * * llies would probably be under the legal age of use for the site anyway. Also, as a 7/8/9/10 year old kid did you ever have the patience to wait 1 month for something?
Also, I got a new idea: what about just having a "j * * * y" page for a little while? All of those planes with the tag will not show up in the newest/hottest feed, and uploads to that page are limited to 1/day.
