@Pauciloquent thanks it does it every time now it was a wing mirror glitch
It could be a wing mirroring glitch where say the wing mirrored to the left acts like it's connected to the right and therefor bends excessively (fixed be reconnecting the part manually), it can be a small weight offsett or the A.I has trouble with the control surfaces and some times just a small change can fix it... I had the A.I nose dive one of my planes because I use 50/50 roll/pitch on the wings...
