So right now I am using my moms computer, and it does not have SimplePlanes on it. My computer does but it is not working. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING will load when I click it or double click it. Not even Task Manager or Settings. Please help me if you are good at tech!!! Thanks!
@JacobHardy64 does not work
Turn it off and back on again. Unplug and plug back in your mouse.
Sry bud, I'm on mobile, and my knowledge of computers goes as far as don't put them in water.
@FrankieB just tag me when you think of a new idea :)
@FrankieB ok
@Flightsonic there is avg f-sercure
and a whole lot of other good ones
@ShatteredAviation oh, well all I can think of at the moment is to force restart it a few times but dont try that yet
@FrankieB my dad does not want me to touch it at all.
@Flightsonic Windows Defender is what I use to protect my Phoenix (My pc) which came with norton when I purchased it two years ago and it was running really slow so I uninstalled norton, started using windows defender, havent gotten a single virus in two years and my pc still runs like new
@ShatteredAviation never heard of f-secure, just force restart the PC a few times and it shoul be okay
@ShatteredAviation haven't heard of that one, I'd stick to big name antiviruses only, like windows defender
@FrankieB that reminds me, right when I got my laptop, I installed a game, but it had a virus, and I had to wipe my computer, use the windows disk, and reinstall windows, then my dad goes to download an anti virus, but the site he went to looked fishy, I'm like "that looks like a virus" and sure enough it was
@FrankieB is f-secure a problem too? and how do I fix this problem
@Flightsonic a really bad anti-virus that screwed up my PC
@FrankieB @ShatteredAviation what's Norton?
@ShatteredAviation Yeah norton is pretty bad
@FrankieB Yikes. all the compuetrs in the house have Norton, then in the fourth or fifth year the computer with Norton will start acting weird and then boom. dead. :( @Flightsonic yes, I have anti-virus, and I run a scan every week
(That reminds me I have to)
Or at least have you run a scan in a while
@ShatteredAviation I don't know how to help, try defraging it, but task manager isn't working? And do you have an anti virus?
@ShatteredAviation It is Norton, if anything I recommend deleting them when possible and using windows defender, it has always worked for me, all norton ever did was screw my PC up, after uninstalling it, my PC ran much smoother
@FrankieB yeah, my dad thinks it is Norton utilities or f sercure. were they made for W10
@ShatteredAviation ok, my laptop had some problems with wndows 10 as well
@FrankieB Windows 10, used to be Windows 8.1 but upgraded to W10 for free
What windows is it?
