How do you get the new update?
@Exumer You should have gotten a steam code to the email you got the original one(provided you did. Otherwise, PM the devs on reddit, or email them)
@Exumer no, you don't. There's some portal where you put in your Gumroad email address and they give you a steam key. You'll have to ask the devs for more specific info, sorry.
