I think that say, if you have followers that people should be able to wee who you follow. I think that this would enable no title and bronze and even silver users to gain more popularity if their content is good. Say if a platinum user decides to follow a Bronze user because he likes his content. Then all of the platinum user's followers could see that he follows a bronze user and the bronze user would gain publicity and rank up quicker due to being "exposed." This of course should come with the option of anonymous following if you want to remain anonymous. Also maybe adding something in the users recent history like "Bob045" has stared/ followed "uzer123." and on uzer123's page it would notify him "Bob045 is following/ has stared you". Also another idea. In the list of followers for a certain user, include a thumbnail next to the followed user's name. The thumbnail would be of that followed user's most up voted plane/ project. This allows you to get an idea if you want to visit that followed user's page if the following user has lots of followed users. (if that makes any sense at all, sorry trying to come up with good titles for the following user and the followed user)
