Recently I've seen many off topic forum posts, and quite a few people seem to dislike these posts. I don't mind them, and sometimes they can be a good way to further connect with other community members. So I came up with a few ideas:

Make a new forum tab (yes, taB) for off topic tags, with newest/hottest.
Of course, off topic posts without this tag would have it added by mods or removed entirely.

EDIT: to clarify, under the forums tab at the top of the site, there would now be:
HOTTEST
NEWEST
HIGHEST RATED
OFF TOPIC

In manage account, put an option to show off topic forum posts, but keep everything else the same.
