@Halfstrike there's nothing about the report system that you're going to reveal that the moderators and developers don't already known about. I appreciate your willingness to help, but I feel as if your efforts will be in vain. We're already away of the strengths and weakness of the current system.

ok but I for clarification I wanted to test the weaknesses and strenghs of the report system and use my planes so other people wont add to the fuel saying their planes where copied and when I have a good idea of the weak and strong points of the system relay it to the mods in old forum posts no one will ever see@TheLatentImage

There is already a huge problem with people copying other people's designs. I'm not sure why you would want to go and purposely add to the fray.

But the answer to your question is no, there isn't a way to block points.

@thelatentimage are you able to block points in submissions going to the creator of the submission ie i create a plane and it gets an upvote are you able to block those 15 points from going onto my account or not because i want to try and create a new account and just copy planes of mine to see if anyone picks up that they are coppies and to see the weaknesses in the copy system (almost like an authorised security check similar to professional prison escapees )
i just need to know if its possible to keep my points on the other account at 0 and that the test will have no effect on my main account (and i believe having 2 accounts is alright so long as they dont cross upvote)
