I just released a beta for a mod that adds nudge buttons, as well as other tools for fine-tuning position and rotation of parts!

If you don't have Bluetooth keyboard, most headphones have interactive button that can be set as nudge button, at least for one direction. If you want to nudge in other direction, either reset controls or, as I do, rotate entire model.

Yep, like @Sirstupid said, I use Bluetooth keyboard and it works, just a have to go into controls and set certain keys to the nudge
