Actually what I learned in flight lessons IRL and just by messing around this game is that if u want to yaw left, roll right at the same time to keep it even.
easy, put a vertical stabilizer on the front, turn it 180° down and then hide it into the fuselage nudging it (if you use pc) that will decrease the wobbling effect and will turn better
You can counter the roll that the plane wants to do when you Yaw by putting some control surfaces on the wings that respond to yaw. Then play with the size and positioning until you've got it dialed in just right.

@GINGER01 stear by roll and pitch. Yaw is pretty much useless in this game.
That happens tto me as well. When ever i use the yaw in the game it makes my plane do the same.
