I think this should not be implemented at all. If you know exactly who is following you, then you also know exactly who isn't. This would certainly lead to some injured feelings and general butthurt. And that certainly wouldn't be good for the community. But as always, I am simply one voice of reason in a cacaphony of clowns. (Don't mean to be harsh, just couldn't resist the alliteration...)
