I am trying to make flaps with the Fine Tuner mod, and I am putting a bit of an angle to the wing, but when I mirror the wing, it is rotated the same way as the one I was mirroring.. I have had this isue many times in the past, and I want it gone.

It's a stock-game bug with mirror, not the mods fault, and I can't really do anything about it. Hopefully the devs can fix it, in the meantime just subtract/add 180 to the rotation.
