The Pilotmario Reserve Forces are units of the Pilotmario Army and Air Force to serve as a ready supply of units which can be activated when necessary. They are often equipped with second-rate equipment, but all are generally in good repair. With 10 million Pilotmario Army reservists and 160,000 Pilotmario Air Force, they are certainly a potent force which to be activated when necessary. There are three main divisions in the Reserve Forces: Paternia, Royal Love, and Barracuda Island. Army reservists are organized by major cities which they are closest to, while Air Force reservists follow a more conventional setup. The organizational structure for both units are the same as their active-duty counterparts. Army and Air Force reservists are often equipped with older equipment, although Air Force reserve units near strategic areas may receive newer equipment.

PATERNIA:
The largest region in the Pilotmario Republic, they comprise the majority of the Reserve Forces, totaling 6 million Pilotmario Army reservists and 80,000 Pilotmario Air Force reservists. There are 5 Army reservist armies, of varying strength: North Island City, Dragot, New Rodmantown, Argo City, and Columbia.

Air Force Reserves have 9,000 aircraft at their disposal, similar to the air force. However, they comprise of older types, such as Hawk Mk 3A, Pummeler Mk 4, Provider Mk 2, and Trojan helicopters, and lack the variety of aircraft available to the Pilotmario Air Force. They have a total of five Air Commands, corresponding with Pilotmario Reserve Armies. Each Air Command has 11 Divisions. There are four fighter divisions, four attack divisions, two cargo divisons, and a single helicopter division. The numbering is not consecutive with other air commands. For example, there is a 1st Fighter Division in New Rodmantown, Argo City, Columbia, Dragot, and North Island City.

ROYAL LOVE:
A smaller region in the Pilotmario Republic, they compromise a sizable portion of the Reserve Forces, with 3 million Pilotmario Army reservists and 40,000 Pilotmario Air Force Reservists. There are four reservists armies, of varying strength: Rodmantown, Percival Island, Rockton, and Amethyst City.

Air Force Reserves have 4,500 aircraft at their disposal across three air commands: Rodmantown, Rocktown, and Amethyst City; Percival Island, situated nearby Rodmantown and lacking space, receives its air defenses from a detachment from Rodmantown. While generally older types, their fighters are typically more advanced, such as the Dart Mk 1 and the Renegade Fighter. Each air command has 11 Divisions, with seven fighter divisions, a single attack division, two cargo divisions, and a single helicopter division.

BARRACUDA ISLAND:
The smallest region in the Pilotmario Republic, they of course have the smallest reserve force, with an unusually heavy Air Force presence. There are 1 million Pilotmario Army reservists and 40,000 Pilotmario Air Force reservists. As a large island, and the location of a large Pilotmario Air Force presence, it was deemed that any land invasion would overrun the largest practical number of forces that can be effectively supported, therefore making stopping an invasion fleet from landing in the first place paramount. There are two reservist armies of equal size: North Cape and Navy Point.

Air Force Reserves have 4,500 aircraft at their disposal across three air commands: North Cape, Salt Plains, and Navy Point. Each air command has four fighter divisions, four attack divisions, a cargo division, and two helicopter divisions.

TOTAL:
With over 18,000 aircraft; 2,000 tanks; and over 10.1 million men and women, the Pilotmario Reserve Forces are one of the largest military forces, to be mobilized in the event of total war, where the scope of the conflict exceeds the capabilities of the Pilotmario Armed Forces.
