I have noticed one major mistake that you make repeatedly. You use symmetric airfoil for main wings. Symmetric airfoil doesn't create any lift, and is good only for tail surfaces. For airliners, I recommend flat bottom airfoil. That will also allow you to make planes that have smaller wings in comparison with a fuselage while keeping them flyable.
