Hey im currently making a plane that is ment to be unstable for extreme agility..
i can make the plane more stable by using rotators... but 15% rotation with vtol is waay too much i would love to have a rotator with around 2-5% rotation maybe even less :)

ive looked everywhere for a modded part that would fit and i find modding very confusing atm:)
