Go to my steam page, slendermanrules, and look at screenshots, I took probably 10-15 photos, for any PC users, it's directly east of Yeager, and when you see it fire at it, then he will pop out and roar, and after a while whisper. It will be a darker island, past the chain islands and when you get close AND fire at it, the weather preset becomes stormy and he pops out!
