Gyroscopes work in SP, so increasing the mass of the wheels and going fast should stabilize it.

Update, I've just found the sea monster and its massive
I've found some of the islands and the races are so fun. Haven't found the sea monster yet though.

Finished now and getting used to the new controls. Finished calibrating my joystick and deciding what to build.

@SpiraXD ummm... none that I can think of. I haven't really done any motorcycle designs, so I can't be of any real assistance in that regard.
