Resizable wheel and suspention are great for making airplanes with larger gears, but we still have to retract gears with activation group and VTOL lever... that's not cool :/
I think many people wants to control rotators, hinges and pistons by gear button!
Suggestion: Controlling rotator by gear button

@digitalbath77 invert its imput
@Dipper i have the same problem as @digitalbath77 .... how
@Dipper Using XML, I changed hinge rotator input to input="LandingGear", however, as soon as I start the game, the hinge rotators rotate 90 degrees on their own, as if resetting to the opened landing gear's state. How do I stop it from moving as soon as I start?
@MrPilot333 XML
Yes this would be very helpful instead of modern having to do it
@Dipper How does one assign it?
Do you mean PC or iOS, because I was talking about iOS @Dipper
@Boxboy5 It was added in recent update. Now we can assign "LandingGear" input to hinges and rotators, or change the scale of normal landing gear by "scale" attribute. Devs did a really really good job!
There are already hinge rotators that someone modded to be controlled like this, find the b17g on the front page of simpleplanes and ding into the engine, save the rotator as a subassembly and voila.
or maybe add resizable options to the current gears. so we can have, say, a rear gear that is already retractable with the gear toggle, but we can resize the wheel.
@ElGatoVolador Yes, but using only single button is way more simple. Isn't it?
I use throttle and a activation number but this will be very helpful and easier fir custom landing gears
@Dipper So? its very simple to do that, unless you cant read or find out by your self.
@ElGatoVolador Players have to do "AG1 -> VTOL up -> AG1" with that, and authors have have to write description about it.
Me too! :)
Just bind it to a AG group...
