Actually, think I should mention this as something to add to the update (1.4). Possibly make pistons be optionally extended by default? Really want to use a piston on my CFA-44 for custom suspension, but it would need to be extended by default in order to make it look right on load up.
Also, thing I've found that I see as quite comical about the interaction of clipped pistons and springs. Instead of the springs overlapping the piston, they bounce up above the piston, along with the bottom of the spring. It's really funny, in my opinion, though it really doesn't help with the CFA-44 build... I really wanted those to overlap, lol.

I want to have the ability to pre-extended also for landing gear but considering the update is released Monday I doubt it will happen, Although they could just add another part with the piston being extended when put into the designer,,,
