Could you please add these? Warning, there is a lot of text and some of it isn't quite logical for a conversation, example: If 24 is true then 8 is false, etc.
Tracking Statistics
1.1 Downloads
Tracks all of the downloads the user has on their planes.
2.1 Up Votes
Tracks all of the up votes the user has received.
3.1 All Downloads
Tracks all downloads a user has(tracks like 1 but it also tracks what a user has downloaded from other users).
4.1 All Up Votes
Tracks all up votes/up voted planes by a user(tracks like 2 but it also tracks what a user has up voted).
5.1.1 Reputation
Tracks the reputation of a user, other users can rate another user, if one user gives 10 ratings of other users within 24 hours, they will be warned, if 15 are done by one user within 24 hours, then the user will be temp banned(for 24 hours, this adds by another 24 hours each time it happens, example: first time, 24 hours. second time 48 hours... etc) <- this is the old version and will NOT be implemented whatsoever due to outrage in the comments of this forum post, here is a new version of the reputation system.
5.1.2 U-votes (User Upvotes)
These would be upvotes given to a user, not like how you can upvote a plane or forum post, but instead, you upvote the user itself, each user vote gives 25 points, and the amount of U-Votes is displayed next to a user's point count, a user can only receive 1 from each user, so you can't get 2 U-votes from 1 user. Here requirements for getting a spotlight from this:
0 - 99 point user get 3+ U-Votes within a week.
100 - 999 point level user gets 5+ U-Votes within a week.
1,000 - 2,499 point user gets 7+ U-Votes within a week.
2,500 - 4,999 level user gets 10+ U-Votes within a week.
5,000 - 7,499 level user gets 13+ U-Votes within a week.
7,500 - 9,999 level user gets 15+ U-Votes within a week.
10,000 - 14,999 level user gets 20+ U-Votes within a week.
15,000 - 19,999 level user gets 22+ U-Votes within a week.
20,000 - 24,999 level user gets 25+ U-Votes within a week.
25,000 - 29,999 level user gets 30+ U-Votes within a week.
30,000 - 49,999 level user gets 40+ U-Votes within a week.
50,000 - 74,999 level user gets 50+ U-Votes within a week.
75,000 - 99,999 level user gets 100+ U-Votes within a week.
100,000 - N/A level user gets 150+ U-Votes within a week.
6.1 Warnings
These would track the amount of times someone has been temp banned or warned by a moderator.

The use of the "Manage Account" is very limited, so why not add some more features to it.
1.2 Description
This would be the description of an account, just a summary of what that account does. So my description would be something like this: Hi, i am Brandyn, aka bjac0, i make WWII planes, as well as some other things.
2.2 Account Tags
These would be tags for accounts so that accounts can be searched up, these can be set up by the user or by a moderator. Here are some examples of the tags: New Player, Moderator, Plane Builder, Car Builder, XML Modder, etc.
3.2 Manage Creations
This would allow someone to manage their creations, this would allows them to organize their creations into groups, they can also make new groups of their creations, delete, and name them, heres an example:

4.2 Favourite Creators
This would be a list of a user's favourite creators, it could be set up similarly to 3.2

@SimpleTechAndResearch i said in the forum post "this version will NOT be implemented whatsoever due to outrage in the comments of this forum post, here is a new version of the reputation system." And the point of the TEMP ban(temporary, you will not be banned forever, jeez) is to keep users from giving everyone a bad reputation.

@Redlord which is why the higher points someone has, the more U-votes they have to get in a week to get featured.
@drdoom222 if you read earlier comments, you will see that we changed it from ratings, to user upvotes, or U-votes for short.

@jsaret sorry, when i reply, i usually respond to one part of the comment... And yes, upvotes would be better, if you look at some of my earlier comments, you can see me talking about U-upvotes. or user upvotes.
@bjac0 there'd be no ripping or spamming in the system I suggested. In your case, they'd be necessary.

I don't think there should be negative ratings, that's just hurtful, and people will complain IMO. Just have it be an upvote or not. Why have temp bans? Just do 1 rating per 24h.

@Johndfg its to prevent spam, and its a temp ban, also it temp bans at 15 if most of those ratings are negative, just to stop or slow down reputation ripping. I forgot to say it temp bans at 15 if most of the votes are negative...
@bjac0 ok, but why would you get banned for rating people's? Couldn't there just be a timer like there is for upvotes?

@Johndfg not the report, but the rating is limited and you get warned if you rate 10 users in 24 hours, and you get temp banned for 24 hours if you vote 15 in 24 hours.
