Sadly it's Beta only.
Put a VTOL engine, add VTOL Nozzles on the wingtips, colour the exhaust effect white (colour hex for white is FFFFFF if you're wondering) and put the size of 2,2,2.
The exhaust colour effect line is : exhaustStartColorOverridePrimary.
@Flightsonic Not sure, I only saw exhaustStartColorOverridePrimary.
Is there secondary color override on VTOL? if so: change that to white too
