The Backstory

Thealban built an awesome SR-71 a few days ago (I don't think anyone has missed that one!). He built it in 1.3 though, so a few things like engines and landing gear had to be compromised due to limitations of 1.3. I liked it so much so I decided to give it an upgrade.

What can you do?

As the engines are incredibly powerful (with the afterburner engaged) to reach the incredible speeds the real deal was capable of it can take off almost instantly.

You can also complete the SAM mission the same way the real deal would have done it; by outrunning the missiles! Some of you may consider it cheating but here are some pictures from when I did it.
