@JovianPat In the beta for 1.3 there was a bug where the sea level would rise and flood the runways which was referred to by the devs as "the global warming bug". I thought this looked similar.

@JacobHardy64 @kikasshes Not sure... this whole thing is actually a bug, if you pan the camera on the correct angle and position, the camera will clip into the ground slightly, revealing the sea underneath.
