I'll try to show you a picture, it's probably a bug withe phasing wheels.
(My advice, build the plane first, then try to build th landing gears)

look at the gear, thats what happens when I try to retract it

@Johndfg yes it is, it seems harder now though, but the most annoying thing that I cant fix is MY LANDING GEAR WONT RETRACT IT JUST GETS STUCK
